Features:

1) Applications:

2) Instructions:
a) For cold compress: place pouch in the freezer for at least a half an hour before use to cool
b) For hot compress: put the pouch into microwave oven for 1-2 minutes and heat to desired temperature. Use extreme caution when removing as the pouch can get very hot. It is recommended that the pouch is wrapped in a soft cloth when used for hot applications.
